Eterni is looking for a meticulous and technically skilled engine assembler for marine operations. If you enjoy working in the manufacturing industry and have a genuine interest in engines and technology, this is the role for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As an engine assembler, you will play a vital role in the installation and assembly of marine engines. The job requires high precision, quality, and technical understanding. 

Your main tasks will include: 

• Installation and assembly of marine engines 
• Tuning, test running, and inspection of engines and associated systems 
• Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and technical deviations 
• Working according to technical drawings, instructions, and electrical schematics 
• Collaboration with colleagues in assembly, electrical, and quality departments 

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS 

To thrive in the role of engine assembler, you are meticulous, structured, and technically interested. You have the ability to work independently while also functioning well in a team and following established routines. You are solution-oriented and quality-conscious in your work. 

We are looking for someone who: 

• Has experience working with marine engines, preferably with Volvo Penta 
• Has a good technical understanding of mechanics and the function of components 
• Is accustomed to working with small tolerances where high precision is required 
• Has experience in troubleshooting and adjusting mechanical and technical systems 
• Can read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics 
• Is structured, methodical, and self-driven 
• Enjoys collaborating in a team and following common work routines 
• Has good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written 
• Has good physical ability as the job involves handling heavy parts in tight spaces

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position as an engine assembler is a full-time consultancy assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities to be hired by the client company after six months.
